"The Sox"

The "Sox" are awarded at the end of each year to Cats who have shown themselves to be worthy. The unusual spelling of the award (sox) is due to a number of the Cats working best with short, phonetic word deriviations.

The criteria for receiving the Sox is shrouded in mystery, although most agree that website curation should be highly valued by the committee when they meet late in 2014.

Most recent award winner Cameron Walker stated (28/12/13) that you can not campaign for the Sox, you get in when you are due. This is in response to Walshy's outrageously early 2014 sox campaign. Walshy may take comfort in the following revelations

Cam 19/12/13 "i have ran a good campaign on pure self promotion"

Cam 18/12/13 " I'm due C*#ts"

Cam 5/12/13 "im due c$*ts and you know it"

Cam 4/12/13 " grumps no chance far to much time with the locker.Walshy please you got to at least have strung a few years of winters together not a couple of months ,Wellsy the ink is still drying on his new cats kit so is no chance but sock worthy one day ,Bickers been talking himself up all year planted the seed early fair play to him but I'm outing his tactics and here's one for ya I'm putting out there and shutting it down myself Phil but Phil can get fucked him and is stupid sandal and new helmet.Sly what's he bring other then up dates on new SRAM red .Im due you cunts and you all know it"

Winners of prestigious awards almost universally command respect from their contemporaries. This is not necessarily the case with Sox winners. Respect can be given, or withheld at your discretion.

There is also no requirement to address Sox holders by their arbitrary topgun name.
